Acceptance and Payment Terms. Advertised prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, handling, and taxes unless otherwise noted. Please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order, including any applicable tax, delivery or other fees.

 International Shipping. Currently, Aphex offers shipping in the United States only. We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes or international addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. Due to shipping limitations, not all products sold on the Site can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. If applicable, shipping restrictions to these states will be noted in the Shipping Information section on each product page.

Return Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the original packing receipt once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Additional restrictions apply. Please read our Return Policy in full for specific return policies as applicable to different types of merchandise. Aphex is not obligated to accept returns of merchandise ordered through the Site that are not in compliance with the published return policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Most items may be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact.

Please note: We regret that Aphex™ cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns.

We regret that we are unable to accept items purchased online for return if the product has been used. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have ordered items, please inspect the item carefully Prior To Signing For It. If the item is incorrect or damaged, refuse the delivery and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted and used it will be deemed to be correct. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved by contacting Aphex™ BioCleanse Systems, Inc.
